  1. Hi, I love your post because it’s an alternative to taking vitamins. I’m glad I like majority of the foods listed. I’ve grown fed up with taking vitamins for my hair. The vitamins work but I tend to forget to take them.

How often should I incorporate the superfoods listed into my diet? Does it matter if the food is organic?

    • Hey Christina,

Thanks for loving my post, haha. I advise you take your vitamins along with healthy foods because it’s so hard to get everything you need in your food.

You should incorporate [at least some of] these superfoods into your every day diet, along with the rest of a healthy diet. Also, you should always strive for organic foods so what you’re eating isn’t half chemicals, half healthy.

  2. Hey Gina,

No problem 🙂 Alright, I’ll keep taking my vitamins lol. In the mean time, I will look for a few tasty new recipes.

Thank you so much! I will definitely keep this in mind the next I’m in the grocery store.

  3. So I’m about to have a baby here in a month, and I know that my hair will start falling out shortly after just because of hormones, until things start returning to normal. What nutrients can I take to support my hair during this time? Is it better to just have it in my diet? Or can you make like a leave in conditioner or scalp treatment that will do a better job?

    • Awe congratulations!

Here are some things that will really help your hair:

You should look into a multivitamin that incorporates most of the nutrients on my Supplements page.

Also, try the treatments on my Coconut Oil Miracle page! There’s a deep conditioning treatment and a hair growth one on there. They are very similar but just having the coconut oil on your hair at all will nourish and protect it.

There are a few other products I’ve reviewed under the Product Reviews page too 🙂

      Good luck!

    • Sharren,

      Thank you.

It’s exciting learning new things about hair. What you eat can play a big role in hair growth. The body needs those vitamins in food.

  5. Hello, how are you? Thanks for providing information about real food. Nowadays, when obesity takes over and people do not have time to think what is good for them, your article can help them to have healthier choices.
They think that they save time stopping by fast food stories, but it turns to them as symptoms of poor health.
No wonder why doctors are busy and big Pharma is happy with people who constantly need drugs.
Using your mentioned products, eating them raw, putting them in smoothies, they would get plenty nutrients.
Without them, their bodies can refuse to serve well. Problems such as hair loos, poor nails, joints and eyesight give questions why it happens?
You do great job, spreading message about importance of nutritious food.
All the best, happy writing, Nemira.

    • Nemira,

      I’m good, how are you?

Thanks for taking the time to comment this! It’s true, people waste their money and harm their bodies by choosing fast food over healthy groceries. If they chose nutritious food instead, there would be improvements ranging from the way people feel to how healthy their skin looks.
