An alternative to the regular Hair Skin & Nails capsules is Nature’s Bounty Hair Skin & Nails Gummies. These gluten free little gummies taste like delicious strawberry candy. The Hair Skin & Nails Gummies don’t have all of the vitamins and minerals that the capsules have but they’re still a great choice if you really prefer to eat gummies over swallowing capsules.

So what’s in it?

• Vitamin C

• Vitamin E

• Biotin

Are there any cons?

Personally I only think there’s one con, which I mentioned already in this review. The Hair Skin & Nails Gummies don’t have all the same vitamins and minerals that the capsule version has, but you’ll still see results from the Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and the Biotin, since those are the most essential ingredients.

Conclusion

Nature’s Bounty Hair Skin & Nails Gummies are perfect for people who prefer gummies over capsules. As long as you’re patient and understand that Hair Skin & Nails supplements won’t grow you a mane overnight, you will see the desired results over time. Make it a part of your daily routine to take Hair Skin & Nails.

  1. Hi Gina,

These seem great, even for me (with almost no hair LOL), I definitely want to try them. Not that I think I’ll get my hair back, but I’m sure it will help with hair loss. Besides, I love gummies and strawberry is my favorite flavor, so not hard to decide ;).

Are there other flavors to choose from?

    Best of luck to you,

    Rene

  2. These sound great for me. Now that I am well into my 40s (OMG!) I am noticing my hair is a lot more brittle than it used to be. It’s also very fine, so I could do with boosting it somehow. Yes, I can try different shampoos and conditioners, but I sometimes find that after I’ve forked out the money they may not live up to their reputation on my hair! I also don’t particularly like swallowing tablets, unless I absolutely have to. So I think these sound like a good compromise for me. Thanks for pointing these out to me.

    • Mara,

Yay, I’m glad I could help.

I go back and forth between the gummies and the capsules because I don’t mind the capsules but the strawberry gummies are delish!

  3. Hey Gina, I really would like to buy this product. I have a Vitamin C supplement (Fern-C) and Biotion (500 mcg) from Healthy Options. I take Vitamin C for the immune system and Biotin specifically for healthy hair.

Those were the only supplements I’m currently taking, so this product is just perfect. Plus, I love gummies!

Yes, I’m planning to switch to 5000 mcg Biotin, since there is one variant in Healthy Options aside from 500 mcg, but I will prefer Nature’s Bounty because it also contains Vitamin C. And Vitamin in E as well. I’m so excited to get this product!

    • Chris,

Awesome! These will be much more fun of a supplement to take than plain capsules to get your vitamins in. Let me know what you think of them.

  4. You mentioned that you don’t think there are any cons to these gummies. I would have to say from seeing my sister take biotin that the only con would be having to cut your nails more frequently! Ha! I sure wouldn’t complain about healthier hair and nails, but who knows, someone might… I like with this product that there are other vitamins in it too. That makes it convenient to not have to take several things at once.

    • Elisa,

That is very very very true! It is a pain when your nails grow out much quicker. Then they have to be done/painted a lot. I actually did an experiment with this, as I usually take a Hair Skin & Nails supplement. I switched to a multivitamin without biotin and after 2 weeks my painted nails have barely grown. They were at the stage that would be only 2-3 days in with a HSN supplement.
